1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before it is processed for shipment.

If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible to return the product under our Returns & Refund Policy after receiving it.
If you refuse delivery of a shipped order, return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
3. Custom & Special Orders
Orders for custom-made or special-order items cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
If a cancellation is requested before processing starts, we will make every effort to accommodate it.
4. Refund Processing for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 15 business days via the original payment method.
Any payment processing fees charged by third-party services (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
5. Changes to Orders
