4. Calcutta Motors assumes full responsibility for orders shipped via "Private Courier Companies" (e.g., Blue Dart, First Flight, Pafex, DHL, etc.) to major cities.

7. Calcutta Motors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the amount will be refunded, and the User will be informed accordingly.
8. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the User (such as an inaccurate name, address, or recipient unavailability), any additional re-delivery costs incurred by Calcutta Motors will be charged to the User.

If any details are found to be false or misleading, Calcutta Motors may cancel the registration and restrict access without prior notice.
10. Calcutta Motors is not responsible for any fraudulent credit card transactions. The User is solely responsible for the legitimate use of their payment card, and any liability arising from unauthorized use remains with the User.
11. Any complaints regarding an order must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Complaints filed after this period will not be entertained.
12. This agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
